Conversions follow standard Unicode case rules. Title Case capitalizes the first letter of each word; it does not know proper nouns from common ones.

What this tool doesn't do

  • Title Case capitalizes every word mechanically — it does not know proper nouns from common ones, and it capitalizes small words like "and" that style guides often keep lowercase. Always proofread titles.
  • Sentence case lowercases everything first, so existing proper nouns ("PARIS" → "paris") need their capitals restored afterwards. Use Capitalize when acronyms like NASA must survive.
  • Conversions follow standard Unicode case rules; they do not fix grammar, spelling, or punctuation.
